Job Summary
Dyckerhoff GmbH is seeking a Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering for their Neuwied plant near Koblenz. This role involves leading a team of shift workers and acting as a trainer. You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of employees, acting as the designated electrical safety officer for multiple plants. Your duties include coordinating and executing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities, planning maintenance resources, managing SAP-PM orders, and ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and legal regulations for electrical systems. The position also requires technical planning, supervision, and acceptance of external services for maintenance, as well as contributing to and potentially leading electrical plant projects. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training and a Master Craftsman certification in Electrical Engineering, with several years of industrial experience, ideally in process-oriented manufacturing.

Experience
- Several years of professional experience in industry, ideally in cement, building materials, ceramics, or comparable process-oriented manufacturing.
- Initial leadership experience or demonstrable leadership competence and the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Professional experience in electrical engineering roles.
- Experience with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Experience with SAP PM is required.
