Job Summary
ORLEN Deutschland is seeking an E-Mobility Coordinator to contribute to their goal of CO2 neutrality by 2050. In this full-time role, you will manage and enhance the E-Mobility backend system, including OCPP platforms, roaming, and monitoring, ensuring the availability and performance of charging infrastructure. You will also handle L2 support, coordinate service and maintenance, optimize tariffs and billing, and act as a liaison with roaming partners and service providers. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of charging infrastructure, backend architectures, and operational KPIs, with knowledge of energy economics and regulatory compliance. Required Skills
Education
Degree or training in Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in operating and developing E-Mobility backend systems
- Experience in L2 support for technical customer inquiries
- Experience in managing commercial processes such as billing and reporting
- Experience in analyzing technical operational data and key figures
- Experience collaborating with service providers and partners
