Job Summary
Join the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Hessen, a leading social insurance provider in Hessen, as a Tax Compliance Specialist. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing tax measures, particularly related to § 2b UStG, and developing tax control concepts for a Tax Compliance Management System (TCMS). You will also support internal change processes with a tax focus, provide tax advice to internal departments, and prepare tax declarations. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in finance, business administration, or public management, or has completed vocational training as a tax assistant with further qualifications as a tax specialist. You should have several years of relevant professional experience and a structured, independent working style. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree (Diploma in Finance, Bachelor in Business Administration, Public Management, or comparable) OR Completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant with further qualification as a Tax Specialist.
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in tax compliance
- Experience in accompanying and implementing company-wide projects, ideally with a tax focus (desirable)
- Structured and independent work approach
- Aptitude for conceptual work, teamwork, and change processes
