Job Summary

Join KVWL in Dortmund as a Process and Project Specialist, contributing to the future of healthcare by supporting the billing department. You will actively participate in a major project to develop and implement a new billing system, analyze and optimize existing business processes, and define future state processes. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments, IT, and external partners, with the potential to become a Product Owner. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in a relevant field, several years of project management or process control experience, and knowledge of process management methodologies like BPMN or Six Sigma. You will also need strong database and data structure understanding, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
