Job Summary
This role is for an Electrical Engineering Master Technician in Norderstedt, Germany, focusing on the maintenance, planning, and execution of electrical systems in public buildings. You will be responsible for site inspections, damage assessment, maintenance planning, and overseeing repair and maintenance work. Key duties include creating technical specifications, reviewing bids, managing contractors, and overseeing the installation of photovoltaic systems. The position also involves energy consumption reduction planning and ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards (E-Checks). The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in electrical engineering, ideally with experience in public sector real estate, procurement law, and a proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively. Required Skills
Education
Master in Electrical Engineering or comparable field, OR State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering or comparable field.
Experience
- Completed training as a Master in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, OR completed training as a State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field.
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in the described tasks.
- Experience in real estate within the public sector, particularly in school and kindergarten construction.
- Experience with procurement law.
