Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Planner (m/w/d) to join our Networks Energy & Water department on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for complex civil engineering planning for the expansion of utility networks. Your day-to-day tasks will include project planning and management, cost and investment planning, material procurement, contract preparation, tendering, and overseeing civil engineering measures from commissioning to final billing. You will also be involved in process development within operations management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification, strong knowledge of civil engineering regulations (DGUV, etc.), and proficiency with AVA (cost estimation, tendering, and awarding) software and planning tools. This position offers a stable, long-term contract and the opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure development.
