Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate SPS Programming Instructor to join WBS TRAINING. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the skills of course participants by delivering engaging instruction, both on-site and remotely through the WBS LearnSpace 3D®. Your day-to-day will involve preparing and designing learning materials based on the curriculum, conducting assessments of skill development, and acting as both an educator and facilitator. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in automation technology, with specific expertise in Siemens SPS programming using TIA, including knowledge of network and control technology. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training, technician, or engineering degree in automation technology.
Experience
- Professional experience in automation technology, including programming, troubleshooting, and setting up automation systems.
- Specific experience in programming Siemens SPS controllers with TIA, including technology and communication objects, visualization, and machine safety.
- Experience with network technologies (Profi-Bus, Profi-Net, ASI, OPC UA).
- Experience with control and measurement technology.
- Methodical and didactic skills in imparting teaching content.
- Experience in adult education or similar pedagogical further training is desirable (AEVO or equivalent).

- Must have professional experience. Remote work is possible (80% remote, 20% on-site in Dresden-Nord). Willingness to work abroad for up to 180 days is a plus.
