Building Technology Specialist | Bau-/Gebäudetechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Building Technology Specialist to join our Technical Property Management team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive technical support of our residential properties, including planning and implementing maintenance and repair measures, developing technical maintenance strategies, and overseeing heating monitoring and fiber optic expansion projects. You will also manage maintenance contracts, lead projects like heating replacements and centralizations, ensure compliance with safety assessments and drinking water regulations, and manage contractor quality. The ideal candidate will have a state-certified technician/master craftsman qualification or a B.Eng. in a construction-related field, or equivalent experience in technical property management. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software, strong engagement, and a customer-oriented approach are essential. A driver's license class B is mandatory for site visits.
