Job Summary
Join BOGNER as a Tax Manager in Munich and take ownership of all national and international tax matters, focusing on income and VAT. You will advise on restructurings, transfer pricing, and tax planning, while coordinating with external tax advisors (Big Four) and managing tax audits. This role is crucial for ensuring tax compliance, timely filings, and supporting financial statement preparation. The ideal candidate has a degree in tax or a comparable qualification, at least 3 years of experience, preferably in an international corporate or advisory firm setting, and possesses strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills. Fluent English is a must for this dynamic position within a leading sports fashion company.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree, ideally as a certified tax advisor (Steuerberater) or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in an international corporate environment or an internationally oriented tax advisory/auditing firm/practice.
- Experience in managing national and international tax matters.
- Experience in coordinating with external tax advisors.
- Experience in supporting financial statement and consolidated financial statement preparation.
- Experience in advising on restructurings and transfer pricing.
