Job Summary
Join IBC SOLAR AG as a Portfolio Manager in Bad Staffelstein, contributing to the future of photovoltaic energy. This full-time, permanent role involves significant decision-making regarding product introductions and discontinuations, aligning sales unit requirements with procurement, and managing product launches from a marketing perspective. You will also initiate actions for target range deviations, conduct market analyses, engage in customer and supplier discussions, and monitor market trends. The ideal candidate possesses a technical education or equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of PV products and technologies, and good understanding of the European PV market. Excellent communication skills, particularly in international contexts, and a strong value system are essential.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed technical training or technical studies (Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or similar) or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in product portfolio management within the photovoltaic sector.
- Experience in formulating product requirements and managing product lifecycles.
- Experience in conducting market analyses and engaging with customers and suppliers.
- Experience in commercial and project sales environments.
