In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing and modeling existing end-to-end business processes across multiple departments, identifying optimization potentials, bottlenecks, and risks. You will develop standardized, scalable process architectures, build and maintain the process landscape, and define frameworks for process management. A key aspect involves translating corporate strategy into concrete process requirements, supporting transformation projects, and advising departments on process management. You will also evaluate and implement digital solutions for process optimization, including workflow systems, RPA, and AI-based automation, while harmonizing the tool and system landscape.
