In this role, you will provide on-site and remote IT support to our customers, performing installations, maintenance, and hardware setup. You will also be responsible for service trips throughout the Eastern region. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, familiar with Windows 10/11, and possesses strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills. A driver's license (Class 3/B) and good German language skills are required.
