Job Summary

SENEC, a leading provider of innovative energy storage solutions and a subsidiary of EnBW, is seeking an Atlassian Application Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's Atlassian Cloud instance, including implementing new processes, optimizing workflows, configuring projects, and managing users. You will also provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support (ITSM) and ensure the implementation of Atlassian best practices, standards, and security settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Atlassian tools, particularly Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, along with project management experience.
