Job Summary

This role focuses on building, developing, and operating the IT security strategy, including the implementation and maintenance of an Information Security Management System (ISMS). You will conduct risk analyses, implement protective measures, and create security policies and emergency plans. The position involves advising management, conducting training, and supporting internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI-Grundschutz). You will also analyze security incidents and complex disruptions, performing root cause assessments and ensuring sustainable resolution. The ideal candidate has a strong IT background, several years of experience in IT security or infrastructure, and solid knowledge of networks, Windows/Linux systems, and cloud environments like Microsoft 365/Azure. Familiarity with IT security fundamentals (MFA, access concepts, backup, monitoring) and standards like BSI IT-Grundschutz and ISO/IEC 27001 is crucial.
