Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to lead our technical departments, including Software Development, Communication and Voice Processing, and Optronic Systems. You will be responsible for the strategic advancement of our software system architecture, reporting directly to senior management and collaborating closely with sales and order processing. This role involves active participation in technological decisions, monitoring market and technology trends, and overseeing ongoing projects to develop innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system development, ideally within training and simulation systems, and have a proven track record in project management of complex software solutions from requirements analysis to delivery.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in system development, ideally in training and simulation systems
- Several years of leadership experience preferred
- Experience in the project management of complex software solutions, from requirements analysis to successful delivery
