Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead a testing team of approximately 6 individuals focused on mobile clients within a military context. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing a test and automation strategy for our software products, planning, coordinating, and overseeing both automated and manual testing activities. You will ensure quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle, introduce modern testing methods, processes, and tools, and collaborate with stakeholders from product lines and development. A key aspect of this role involves building and advancing an efficient test automation framework and fostering team member development through training and coaching.
