Job Summary

This role involves leading the Vehicle Registration Service department, which comprises approximately 55 employees. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing tasks within the department, developing its three sub-sections, and overseeing appointment scheduling. Key duties include representing the department, managing fee calculations and budgets, administering the cash system, and handling public relations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts in Public Management or a comparable qualification, with several years of leadership experience being advantageous. Strong social competence, conflict resolution skills, and a responsible, proactive approach are essential. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
