You will be responsible for coordinating and managing tasks within the department, developing its three sub-sections, and overseeing appointment scheduling. Key duties include representing the department, managing fee calculations and budgets, administering the cash system, and handling public relations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts in Public Management or a comparable qualification, with several years of leadership experience being advantageous. Strong social competence, conflict resolution skills, and a responsible, proactive approach are essential. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
