Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training with an IT focus (e.g., Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker, IT-Kaufmann) or a comparable qualification
Experience
- At least five years of professional experience in supporting proprietary solutions
- Professional experience in user support
- Professional experience in administration of web and database applications
- Experience with ticket or incident management systems such as ServiceNow
- Experience with Jira for documentation
