Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead for Data & AI to join our team in Munich. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic development and expansion of client relationships within the banking sector, acting as a trusted advisor at the management level. Your day-to-day will involve business development, lead generation, proposal creation, and identifying cross- and upselling opportunities. You will also steer complex Data & AI initiatives from conception to implementation, managing delivery, quality, budget, and risks. A key part of your role will be the professional and disciplinary leadership of a consulting team, including capacity and resource planning. This position offers the chance to shape innovative solutions in Generative AI and modern Data & AI technologies, optimize internal processes, and ensure high-quality standards through coaching and performance tracking. The ideal candidate possesses a strong hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial thinking, and a deep understanding of Data & AI, particularly Gen AI and Agentic AI.
