Job Summary
Join a ten-month trainee program focused on Service Architecture & Design within a leading IT company. You will develop managed service solutions, gaining deep expertise in service design, costing, technology, and stakeholder management. Daily tasks involve analyzing customer requirements, designing modern managed services, identifying optimization opportunities with sales and technical teams, and developing economically viable service concepts. This role offers the chance to work on international projects and build a foundation for a career as a Service Architect, Lead Deal Architect, or Pricing Architect. The program is ideal for individuals passionate about IT and service design, eager to contribute to the digital transformation of major national and international organizations.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Business Administration, or similar. Alternatively, completed apprenticeship with at least 3 years of professional experience.
Experience
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Business Administration, or similar fields. Alternatively, a completed apprenticeship with at least 3 years of professional experience.
- Initial experience with Managed Service Concepts, ideally in an IT environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Structured and detail-oriented work approach.
