Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Trainer/Instructor specializing in Electrical Engineering to conduct training sessions for both external companies and internal staff. This role involves delivering training on-site at client locations or at our facility, developing and digitizing new course concepts using modern learning methods and digital media, and potentially instructing apprentices in craft and industrial electrical engineering, preparing them for their journeyman examinations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in electrical engineering, a passion for teaching, and a creative approach to developing digital learning formats. Required Skills
Education
Degree as Electrical Engineering Master Craftsman, Engineer (Dipl./BA/MA), or Technician in the field of Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience as an Electrical Engineering Master Craftsman, Engineer (Dipl./BA/MA), or Technician.
- Experience in developing and implementing new training concepts.
- Experience with digital learning methods and media.
- Experience in preparing participants for examinations (e.g., journeyman exams).
