Job Summary

This role is for a highly skilled Electrical Engineer specializing in wiring harness development within the automotive industry. You will take full technical responsibility for the development and integration of the vehicle's electrical system architecture throughout the entire product development process. Your day-to-day tasks will involve planning, controlling, and validating technical targets (cost, schedule, quality, maturity, functional compliance), creating status reports, and leading cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible for technical consistency, managing changes, conducting root cause analyses, and ensuring series solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Mechatronics, with several years of professional experience in wiring harness development, and proficiency in relevant tools like LDorado or PREEvision.
