Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Energy Contracting Project Manager to join our team, with positions available in Karlsruhe or Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for developing energy concepts, conducting feasibility studies, and performing economic calculations, including simulations for heat pumps and PV systems. You will also manage energy audits, perform energy monitoring, and explore waste heat utilization. Your duties will involve calculating offers for energy contracting (heat, cold, electricity), managing project quality, costs, and timelines, and coordinating with planning partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the energy contracting sector, a relevant university degree, and excellent knowledge of funding programs and energy market regulations. This is a full-time, fixed-term position with the potential for a permanent contract.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Environmental Engineering, Building/Supply Engineering, Building Climatology, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of practical professional experience in the planning and project management of energy contracting projects
- Professional experience in environmental engineering, building/supply engineering, building climatology, or mechanical engineering
- Professional experience in the renovation of residential and office buildings
- Professional experience with MS Office
