Job Summary
Join Starkstrom-Gerätebau GmbH (SGB) as an Electrical Engineer for their Test Field in Regensburg. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed test descriptions, coordinating electrical acceptance tests, and monitoring measurement and test equipment. You will analyze test and measurement results, document findings, and discuss outcomes with customers. Additionally, you will analyze measurement deviations, initiate corrective actions, and contribute to process improvements and measurement equipment coordination. The position also involves project-specific tasks and daily/forecast planning. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the energy sector within a growing, dynamic company.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor, Master, Diplom) or completed technician training (preferably in Energy Technology, High Voltage Technology, or Electrical Machines), or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor, Master, Diplom) or a completed technician training, ideally with a focus on energy technology, high voltage technology, or electrical machines, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in the transformer sector.
- Knowledge in measurement technology and data processing.
- Physical suitability for work in a high-voltage test field and for driving/steering activities.
- Ability to work at heights (e.g., in aerial work platforms or on top of test objects) and freedom from vertigo.
