Technical Property Manager | Technischer Objektbetreuer (w/m/d)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Property Manager to oversee and maintain building technology systems for diverse projects in the Rhein-Neckar region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing ventilation, HVAC, heating, UPS, emergency power, cooling, lighting, sprinkler, fire alarm (BMA), and electrical installation systems. You will also perform basic maintenance, coordinate with external suppliers and service providers, manage budgets in alignment with facility management, and technically support events. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training with further education as a Master or Technician in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, or electrical engineering, or a Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or facility management. Proficiency in MS Office and strong planning, organizational, communication, and social skills are essential. Previous experience in technical property management for commercial real estate is a plus.
