Your day-to-day will involve developing and implementing compelling strategies, managing the service portfolio, and overseeing facilities for homelessness assistance and employment initiatives. You will also represent the organization in professional committees and with funding bodies and municipalities. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Social Management, Social Economy, or a related field, extensive experience in personnel management and project steering, and strong negotiation skills with cost bearers.
