Job Summary
This role is for a full-time Facility Management and Occupational Safety Specialist supporting a dynamic team. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance, repair, and infrastructure projects, acting as a key contact for employees and external service providers regarding facilities and operational equipment. A significant part of your role will involve organizing and coordinating safety-related inspections and training. You will also assist with quality assurance, including incoming goods inspections and complaint management. The ideal candidate has a technical apprenticeship, strong technical understanding, and a structured, hands-on approach. Experience in facility management, technical building management, quality assurance, or occupational safety is advantageous. Completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., in an industrial, craft, or technical field)
Experience
- Professional experience in Facility Management, Technical Building Management, Quality Assurance, or Occupational Safety is ideal
- Experience in coordinating maintenance and repair tasks
- Experience in organizing safety-related inspections and training
- Experience with quality assurance processes
- Experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Driving license Class B
