Job Summary
Join a leading global provider of prepress solutions for the consumer goods packaging industry. As an IT System Engineer, you will administer our hybrid Microsoft 365 environment (cloud and on-premises), manage over 100 Windows Servers and Linux systems using monitoring tools, and ensure the stable operation of our IT infrastructure. You will continuously develop areas like servers, virtualization, and storage, analyze technical issues to implement sustainable solutions, and independently manage IT projects. This role offers the opportunity to actively shape the evolution of our system landscape and collaborate with international teams on global IT services. The ideal candidate possesses a strong IT background, expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT or comparable practical experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system administration
- Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Good basic understanding of network technologies
- Experience in analyzing technical issues and implementing solutions
- Experience in managing IT projects
- Experience working in an international environment
