Job Summary

This role is for a Technical Manager who will oversee the maintenance and technical operations for two hotels and four restaurants. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth functioning of all technical systems, including safety and fire protection equipment, and ensuring compliance with all operational and occupational safety regulations. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting regular inspections, performing fault analyses, and carrying out minor repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and outdoor facilities. For larger issues, the manager will coordinate and supervise external specialists. The position also involves managing pool technology, lighting, and security systems, as well as providing technical support for events.
