Service Technician | Service-Techniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join an internationally active industrial company specializing in complex technology and system solutions for safety-critical applications, particularly within the defense technology sector. In this role, you will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and repair work on technical systems, analyzing and resolving electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults, and supporting the setup and integration of simulator and test systems. You will also manage technical databases, ensure quality standards, handle warranty claims, and maintain internal reports and service documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical apprenticeship with further training as a technician (preferably in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering), professional experience in technical service, strong communication and customer orientation skills, and good English proficiency.
