Job Summary

This role involves managing, documenting, and resolving IT service requests and incidents as part of a 1st Level Support team. You will be responsible for ticket handling, user support, and acting as a liaison between IT services and end-users. Key duties include classifying and prioritizing tickets, documenting resolutions, and escalating issues to 2nd Level Support when necessary. The position requires a strong understanding of current hardware, software, and network technologies, particularly within secure military environments. Ideal candidates will possess expertise in IT service operations, documentation methods for user support, and troubleshooting. Required Skills

Completed HTL Informatik or comparable education, or other proven qualifications.

Experience
