Job Summary

Join TOMORIS as an IT Field Service Technician, acting as a technical liaison for clients. This role involves hands-on support for client systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, as well as setting up new workstations and troubleshooting on-site issues. You will also contribute to technical infrastructure tasks like network installations and basic server/storage support, and assist in IT projects such as migrations and hardware rollouts. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and possesses strong technical understanding, with excellent customer-facing skills.
