Job Summary

This role involves the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of modern IT and communication (ITK) systems and their associated software applications. You will also conduct user training, provide technical consultations, and identify optimization opportunities. The position requires creating technical documentation and independently managing small projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate possesses a technical vocational qualification in areas like electrical engineering or information/communication technology, with practical experience in ITK systems, network technology (WLAN, VoIP, routing, switching), and troubleshooting. Basic system administration skills for Microsoft and Linux environments are also needed.
