- Completed vocational training in an electrical engineering field (e.g., Electronics Technician for Plant Engineering, Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Electrical Installer, or equivalent)
- Professional experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair
- Experience with measurement equipment and interpreting measurement results
- Experience with technical on-call duty

- Valid driver's license Class B
- Must be medically fit for duty (assessed by a company doctor)
- Willingness to work nights and weekends, and participate in on-call duty
