Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and processing orders in SAP, supporting and advising craft industry clients, handling customer complaints, and collaborating with the external sales team. The ideal candidate will have completed training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk or possess a technical-commercial qualification. While technical interest and understanding are desirable, prior experience in inside sales is considered an advantage. Proficiency with standard IT applications, particularly SAP, is essential.
