Job Summary
We are seeking a Deputy Head of Quality/Laboratory to oversee material testing for ongoing production and competitive materials, and to generate comprehensive test reports (e.g., APZ 3.1, 8D-Report). This role involves managing the integrated management system according to DIN ISO 9001 and 14001, operating testing equipment for tensile/compression and special tests, and leading a team of 5 individuals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness for continuous professional development. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a physical-technical assistant or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in quality management and laboratory operations
