Production Assembly Team Lead | Teamleiter Produktion Montage (m/w/d)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Assembly Team Lead for our electronics components, assemblies, and systems manufacturing facility in Durach im Allgäu. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately 15 employees involved in manual and automated assembly processes. Your day-to-day duties will include planning personnel deployment, fine-tuning production orders, and actively managing and continuously improving production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and stability. You will also collaborate closely with upstream and downstream departments, support the professional development of your team members, and monitor production KPIs to maintain quality and quantity targets. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, ideally in electronics, with some leadership experience and a good understanding of electronics assembly processes and Lean methodologies.
