The successful candidate will manage planning and construction supervision for maintenance, renovation, and new construction projects across the city, adhering to HOAI phases 1-9. Key responsibilities include project leadership, client representation, and project support for high-rise buildings, often collaborating with external engineering firms. The position also entails organizing and executing client tasks for electrical systems, performing cost estimations and controlling, and contributing to safety inspections and fire prevention. A crucial part of the role is conceptualizing and advancing building management systems. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diplom, Master, or Bachelor) in Electrical Engineering OR state-certified Technician in Electrical Engineering. For foreign degrees, a certificate evaluation by the Kultusministerkonferenz (KMK/ZAB) is required.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning and construction supervision of electrical engineering projects (LPH 1-9 according to HOAI)
- Experience in project leadership, client representation, and project support for high-rise buildings
- Experience in cost estimation and controlling for electrical engineering projects
- Experience in conceptualizing and developing building management systems
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driving license and willingness to use a private car for business purposes. Must be willing to work for a municipal authority.
