Job Summary

Join a leading manufacturer of fasteners as an IT Support Specialist, providing crucial 1st and 2nd level support to colleagues across YKK STOCKO, YKK Europe, and international teams, including Japanese expatriates. You will work hands-on with modern IT infrastructure, analyze and resolve IT incidents, manage user accounts and devices, and support client, server, and network environments. This role offers the chance to contribute to IT projects within the YKK Germany Group and collaborate with the YKK Europe IT team in London, all while operating within an international network. The position is ideal for a service-oriented individual with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities, seeking a role with practical IT engagement and international exposure.
