Job Summary

This role involves the assembly of electrical components into products using manufacturing documentation, followed by functional and safety checks. You will also be responsible for the repair, testing, and maintenance of manufacturing machinery, plant equipment, and electrical systems within buildings. A key part of the job includes inspecting and documenting the initial testing of portable electrical equipment. The ideal candidate will have a completed apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician or a comparable qualification, the ability to read technical drawings and circuit diagrams, and knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
