Job Summary
Join Infinigate's IT team in Haar, Munich, as a Service Desk Analyst and play a key role in delivering reliable IT support services. You will provide first-level support for IT inquiries and incidents via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems, analyzing and resolving common issues related to Windows/macOS, user accounts, hardware, and network connectivity. This role involves managing incidents and service requests according to ITIL processes and SLAs, documenting solutions, and collaborating with other IT teams. The ideal candidate possesses an IT-related education or equivalent, experience in a service desk or IT support role, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and proficiency in Windows 10/11. Experience with ticketing systems and a foundational understanding of ITIL processes are essential. Required Skills
Education
IT-related education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification. ITIL v4 Foundation certification is advantageous. CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
Experience
- First experience in Service Desk or IT Support
- Professional experience in IT-related roles
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Ivanti)
- Foundational knowledge of ITIL processes
