Job Summary

This role is responsible for the technical building management of over 100 retail stores and outlets, as well as 20 showrooms across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy. The Manager will oversee and optimize external service providers, manage tenders, evaluate offers, and negotiate contracts. Key responsibilities include planning and assigning technical building equipment for new openings, renovations, and closures, with strict control over deadlines, costs, and quality. The position requires close coordination with internal departments like expansion, store construction, and retail management, as well as external stakeholders such as service providers and landlords. A strong understanding of building technology, maintenance processes, and safety regulations is essential.
