Job Summary
This role is for a Finance Expert responsible for executing monthly payroll and salary calculations accurately and on time. You will manage master data updates for personnel and accounting information, act as a primary contact for authorities, health insurance, and social security institutions regarding tax and contribution law, and contribute to ongoing financial accounting as well as the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. You will also be responsible for creating statutory reports and certificates within deadlines. The ideal candidate possesses a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with additional qualifications, and has sound knowledge and practical experience in payroll or financial accounting. Proficiency in current payroll tax and social security law, familiarity with common ERP and payroll systems like DATEV or SAP, and MS Office are required. A structured, precise, and discreet working style is essential.

Experience

- Umgang mit gängigen ERP- und Abrechnungssystemen wie DATEV oder SAP sowie MS Office (Routine handling of common ERP and payroll systems like DATEV or SAP, as well as MS Office)
