Job Summary
Join viridicon AG as a 1st Level Support Staff member and play a key role in assisting customers with their IT projects. Your daily tasks will involve supporting existing clients with their inquiries, providing initial IT support, and escalating complex issues to the 2nd level team. You will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming support tickets. The ideal candidate possesses foundational IT knowledge from education or a degree, enjoys customer interaction, and has good communication skills. Basic knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows, Office) and networking/firewalls is also expected.
