Join Airbus Secure Land Communications as a Customer Support Engineer, a full-time, permanent role based in Sulzbach. You will be responsible for the setup, installation, and maintenance of virtual and physical Linux servers, including incident and problem management for RedHat Enterprise Linux and CentOS systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, IT Systems Electrician, IT Systems Clerk, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in Linux server administration (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS)
- Experience with incident and problem management in a 2nd Level Support role
- Experience with network technology, TCP/IP, switching, and routing
- Experience with firewall technologies
- Experience with VMware
