Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Team Lead for the technical department at Center Parcs Park Nordseeküste. In this role, you will be the primary on-site contact, leading, guiding, and supporting your team of technical specialists. You will report directly to the Technical Director, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations throughout the park. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to maintain a reliable and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues. You will coordinate daily team activities, advise on maintenance and projects, identify structural issues, oversee environmental and energy measures, manage external service providers, and maintain an efficient spare parts inventory.
