Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Service Owner for Identity and Access Management (IDAM) to ensure the ongoing operation and development of critical IT services, including VPN and Microsoft Purview. You will be responsible for managing regular releases and updates, monitoring systems, and planning optimizations in collaboration with external service providers. This role involves identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex technical issues, documenting all steps, and managing CMDB entries. You will also create and update IT concepts, operational documentation, and security concepts according to BSI-Grundschutz, while planning and implementing IT security measures. Leading sub-projects and participating in a rotating on-call duty for 24/7 system availability are also key aspects of this position. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in a relevant field or completed vocational training as an IT System Integration Specialist with additional qualifications (e.g., IT Specialist, Master Craftsman, or equivalent) and certifications or demonstrable advanced knowledge.
Experience
- Professional experience in managing IT services, particularly in Identity and Access Management (IDAM).
- Experience in overseeing IT service providers.
- Experience in planning and executing IT security measures.
- Experience in managing sub-projects is desirable.
- Experience with agile working methods is desirable.
