Job Summary

Nölken Hygiene Products GmbH is seeking a Cosmetic Product Developer to join their Research and Development team in Windhagen. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing cosmetic formulations according to legal, sustainable, and economic requirements, including emulsions, surfactants, and wet wipe solutions. Your duties will involve creating and managing product, formulation, and raw material data, preparing specifications and manufacturing documents, and testing/approving new cosmetic products. You will also collaborate closely with internal departments, external labs, suppliers, and industry associations, while supporting production with formulation, manufacturing, and quality-related questions. This position is ideal for someone with a technical or scientific degree or equivalent education, at least two years of professional experience, and a strong understanding of MS Office. Experience in the hygiene, cosmetic, or food industry and knowledge of cosmetic regulations are advantageous.
