Job Summary
Dr. Ausbüttel GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an IT Specialist to optimize their cloud, virtualization, and network infrastructure. In this role, you will administer and maintain VMware ESXi hosts and vSphere environments, manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 suite (including Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint), and implement/monitor security policies across multi-cloud setups. You will also manage Windows Server infrastructure, develop the network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls), administer Git repositories and CI/CD processes, and provide 2nd/3rd level support. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps environments, strong system administration skills (Microsoft 365, Windows Domains), network technology expertise, and a solid understanding of IT security. - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the administration of cloud infrastructures and DevOps environments.
- Profound experience in system administration, particularly in Microsoft 365 and Windows domains.
- Expertise in network technology, including VLANs, VPNs, firewall fundamentals, network monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT security concepts such as MFA, patch management, Defender, security policies, and system hardening.
- Experience in monitoring, logging, and incident troubleshooting of systems.
- Experience with cloud and virtualization technologies like Microsoft 365, VMware ESXi, vSphere, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Knowledge in automation and infrastructure management, especially with PowerShell.
