Join Fraport AG as a Senior Delivery Manager for Video Management Systems (VMS) and AI, based at Frankfurt Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end service delivery management of IT solutions that enhance security and transparency through modern VMS and AI-driven video analysis. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of VMS solutions, from installation to maintenance, and manage integration with critical IT infrastructure. This includes analyzing customer requirements, leading projects for new systems or features, coordinating external service providers, and managing incident, problem, change, and release processes. The position requires a strong understanding of IT operations, network technologies, and a proactive, service-oriented approach to ensure seamless system operation and facilitate operational efficiency.
